"This shoe was recommended for heel pain/Plantar Fasciitis so I bought a pair. There isn't anything I haven't tried to help my heel pain. Nothing worked. So I plowed through all my different orthotics and found the "Phase 4" orthotics that are about 5 years old. I took out the foam inserts and put in the orthotics and I HAVE NO MORE HEEL PAIN. I can't believe I am finally able to go out and walk again without any pain. For some reason, these inserts seem to suspend my heel so it doesn't touch anything. This is the perfect combination of shoe and insert that has ended my pain. The orthotics can be very hard to adjust to at first, but well worth the trouble. Highly recommend these products together."

"This is the only shoe I wear, day in and day out, and I've worn them for years. They fit perfectly right out of the box every time. And they come in a hard-to-find 10 1/2 size. My only complaint is that they wear out quickly. otherwise I'd have given them 5 stars. I realize that I ask a lot of them since I wear them hard, but I think they could last longer. I also wish that they came in vegan and in black at the very least, and even better, in other colors. I dread the day they stop making this model."

"I can not find shoes in stores, my foot is to narrow and I have been purchasing this same shoe twice a year. It holds up good and I can depend on getting the same shoe quality each time I order online. I have to put my own inserts in the shoes to get a high enough arch; but other than that I just put them on and wear them every day. I do not even have to break the shoe in, because of the stretch zones in the forefoot, I put them on and wear them as they are not stiff. [...]"
