"Have these in gray (silver) and blue. Lots of compliments on them. Wanted a cute shoe to run errands in. I will say, probably not enough support for doing aerobic activity in. But I love that they are super lightweight and great for me to wear to the gym on my strength training days. I had a different pair of Nike Free years ago, and wore them out. I will probably wear these out, too. Wear them more often than I planned because they are comfy."

"I crosstrain. much of my workout involves powerlifting. I also run short distances up to 1 mile for speed. these are everything i wanted with the wide base, flexibility, and lightness. so happy! only problem- not for long running for me bc i have overuse fracture in my foot and i can not long distance run on the street in these shoes. i keep my assics for that. alot of nikes run small and narrow at the toe. these shoes do not. very true to size."
