"Merrill slip ons are a dream come true for travelling. On and off at the airport is effortless. In some countries it is custom to not wear street shoes in the house so you are constantly taking them off or putting them on. It is so nice to be travelling and not even have to think about your feet. Cobblestone streets, dirt roads, running for a taxi; the Merrills do a great job. Taking them off and on while on the plane is also effortless. They have lasted for over 3 years of almost daily use and abuse and are the most comfortable shoes I own. If you want more water resistance just spray them with Scotchguard or something similar."

I FOUND MERRELL SHOES 2 1/2 YRS AGO AT A FANCY STORE IN THE MALL. I HAD UP TO THEN-WORE ONLY NEW BLANCE WALKERS OR JOGGERS W/ ORTHODICS. I HATED NOT EVER LOOKING DRESSED UP OR NOT LOOKING PUT TOGETHER W/THE NEW BALANCE ON- THANKS TO MERRELLS AND [...] I HAVE BOUGHT I THINK 5 PRS OF THESE DIF SHOES FORM MERRELL. I DO NOT HAVE TO WEAR ORTHODICS AT ALL W/ THESE SHOES-AND YOU CAN GET DRESSY ONES ALSO. I'M MORE LAID BACK-LIKE JEANS AND CASUAL CLOTHES.
