"My goal for the new year is to start the "Couch to 5K" program and I needed a good, sturdy shoe. I wanted something lightweight with support for a flatter foot, especially since I roll my right foot inward when I walk/run. I also wanted a shoe that had a lower backing because of my short tendent/ankle.This shoe does it all! I walked/jogged 3 miles last night and my feet do not hurt. They're light, airy and comfortable. I was sad to almost take them off because I felt great wearing them.My only problem with them was the color. The shoe also comes in Pink, but had a different fit than this one (Green). But it's a work out shoe and not something I want wear to impress someone. In short - Buy these shoes! You won't regret it!!!"
