"Paddle foot - I bought my first pair of Keen's at a local store and fell instantly in love. I immediately went to the Zappos site to see if I could find more. When I saw the Targhee, I had to order them. The customer reviews said they run small, and the pair I had bought already was a 10, even though I wear an 8-1/2W or 9M-W. I ended up needing the 10, so I recommend buying a full size (or more) up if you have any doubt at all. I tried the 9-1/2 first, but it wouldn't have allowed me to wear socks any thicker than THIN, and I wanted them for winter wear, too. These shoes have incredible cushioning inside, fit perfectly, don't chafe or rub anywhere, and look GREAT. I can't wait to wear them all day every day in Iceland this summer. I originally ordered just the 9-1/2 to save Zappos shipping of one returned pair, and then I needed to exchange it. THEY WERE INCREDIBLE - SHIPPED THE 10 NO CHARGE I am so loyal. Zappos is amazing."

"For working out, jogging/boxing/bootcamp/etc, I SWEAR by ASICS!!! You shouldn't use your gym sneaks outside of the gym, so I needed an alternative. For casual use I wanted something a little more stylish but still good support, so I went to Merrell. As I'm running to work and daycare and kids events, soon starting little league and trips to Six Flags & Sesame place, these will be great. They are stiff compared to my workout sneakers, have durable materials to weather my comings and goings, and still look nice. They just wouldn't be comfortable for a workout, but are good for all the other stuff."
