The side panels feature a seemingly black mesh, which are actually laid over a 3M reflective material, which definitely draws attention to the shoe once hit by light. The heel features a green hologram, which is said to represent the eye of a panther, as the shoe is modeled after the cat's paw. The bulky area that forms the midsole represents the claw. Besides being a great looking shoe, the Air Jordan 13 (XIII) is comfortable, as it features Nike's patented Zoom Air insoles. It also features a hidden quick lace system, carbon fibre sheath, holographic eye, and a modified herringbone pattern, which provides great grip and traction.

This summer I walked a 500-mile trail in Spain, about 1/3 of it in these Moabs. Daily walking did not wear them out, or even scruff the tread, they are extremely durable. I bought the shoes larger than my normal size, since I knew my feet would swell on such a long trail; yet they did seem a bit smaller than another pair I had of the same size.

"I ordered these in black after returning the Ryka Studio D shoe - which was too narrow in the toe box. I ordered these a half size up from street shoes. They fit great - roomy toe box, snug fitting heel, good arch support. They look sleek with the cushioning and hidden heel. The sole is perfect for jazzercise and zumba classes. I love these. They did rub a little at first at the opening right where you tie them, but I wear very low socks, so that could be part of the problem. I did not have to break in these shoes."

I had to find the white and silver colorway in a store in the Bronx, NY, but the silver and black I ordered online. I got three pairs of amazingly comfortable shoes, for the price of one pair. I work in design, and I think these are the best design Nike has put out in years. It's just perfect to rock with tight black jeans, and a blazer. I get stopped everytime I wear them. A buddy loved them too, and I just bought him a pair in silver and black for his birthday. The fit is just a lil narrow in the toe area, but I have to wear a serious insole support because of plantar faciitis(which feels better after wearing these shoes)."

"At first I wanted to send these shoes back. They slipped on my heal and there is nothing worse for me than a shoe that slips off my foot. But, after lacing the shoe up to the top hole the slipping stopped and it is wonderful. I do wish the lacing were longer but nothing a new pair of those won't fix. Another perk was getting the shoes not even 24 hours after placing the order. Having a larger foot (11.5), it is hard for me to find shoes that fit well, with Zappos reviews and wonderful service I don't have to worry about the hassles of searching every store in the area for a shoe that might fit. "Great shoe. Fit perfectly, not to wide not to narrow. In fact didn\'t even need a break in period. Has great cushioning in the whole foot area (ball to heel) Side to side support is perfect. I do a lot of cross training and circuit training which involves running, jumping and kicking. Most athletic shoes are running it is hard to find the perfect shoe anymore. There are many gortex running shoes that are stability shoes. A stability shoe is too rigid for me. The air Pegasus + 26 GTX is light and cushioned, true to its neutral rating. For me it is the perfect winter/ or wet weather running shoe."
