"These shoes are excellent! I've worn them trail running multiple times and haven't had a problem. The sides are higher as most trail runners, preventing ankle twisting on rocks/roots. The cushioning is marvelous, and I like the lace up system. They fit like my other Asics - so comfy that I almost want to wear them all the time. Bottom line: they support."

"When I got this shoe, I knew it ran a little large so I got it a half size smaller than my usual size. The fit is okay, but what was inexcusable is the lack of a heel lockdown. The heel just slips around, which is terrible when you're cutting around when balling. The material is top notch. It looks great, but you're also paying for it. For the price, you kind of expect it to fit great, look great, and feel great. The Air Max unit isn't as responsive as the Zoom Air unit. All in all, it looks great, but lacks the performance."

"My goal for the new year is to start the "Couch to 5K" program and I needed a good, sturdy shoe. I wanted something lightweight with support for a flatter foot, especially since I roll my right foot inward when I walk/run. I also wanted a shoe that had a lower backing because of my short tendent/ankle. This shoe does it all! I walked/jogged 3 miles last night and my feet do not hurt. They're light, airy and comfortable. I was sad to almost take them off because I felt great wearing them. My only problem with them was the color. The shoe also comes in Pink, but had a different fit than this one (Green). But it's a work out shoe and not something I want wear to impress someone. In short - Buy these shoes! You won't regret it!!!"

"Wow. What a great shoe. I've had an issues with Nike's in the past because I have high arches and a very high instep. I've been breaking these in for a trip to Disney World. I wanted a cute shoe, that was supportive and super-comfy. Oddly enough I googled "best shoe for Disney World" and this one came up. I had to be on a waiting list for it. At any rate, I've been wearing them to work to break them in. They've been pretty good, although I thought the left one was pinching a bit. Turns out I was wearing the darn thing with the cardboard insert still in it! Without the cardboard, this shoe is like wearing a slipper. Light, airy, and cushy. My feet are happy! My feet are a weird size, 9.5 and 9.75, so the 10 fits perfectly! I have to wear the top strap at the absolute loosest, but that's no heartache. I have no idea what sport these shoes are supposed to be good for, but I like wearing them barefooted to the grocery store."

"Perfect shoe for walking. I am an avid walker and have been wearing running shoes for a long time. I recently started training to walk a marathon and started to research proper technique and gear. The first thing I learned is that the foot needs different support when walking VS running and that running shoes don\'t provide the proper support. I set out to find a great walking shoe and here it is!\r\n\r\nWhen I first received the Nike Air Miler Walk+ it seemed too large. The toe box was roomy and the length seemed maybe a teeny bit too long. I tried a half size smaller and my original size was correct and I have learned that for walking you want a bit more toe room. I did a four mile "Dash" in Seattle the first time I wore these shoes. They were wonderful and I can\'t explain how comfortable they are. At first they seemed less padded than what I am used to wearing but they are really perfect. I wasn't aware that the plus in the name indicated that the left she accommodates a sensor that can send information to your iPod or iPhone and track your mileage and speed. Very cool. I am going to get another pair ASAP. I wish there was a vast array of colors and designs in this style because I would love to have several pairs. Great shoe!"
