The perforations along the side panel help the shoe to breathe, as leather is not quite the most breathable material. The sleek design was done intentionally on the part of Jordan brand, as they modeled the shoe after one of Michael's Ferrari's. The shoe includes specs. such as low profile Zoom Air units, a carbon fibre sheath, medial air vents, a phylon midsole, and a quick lace system. "I am very pleased with this shoe. Although the stated width is M, I have wide feet and while the shoes are a bit snug, they still fit (the reason I only gave 4 stars for comfort. I do wish they were available in a true wide width) I generally take a D width, if you take a wider shoe it might be too snug for comfort. At first, I wasn't noticing any effect on my legs. I tried to truly do the "rolling" where you come off your toes and then I really felt the burn in my calves. I have been using it on the treadmill and I feel the effect more strongly also when I take a slightly longer stride. Also, great cushioning and arch support. Give them a try!"

"I have been wearing Pegasus for a long time except when they took a break from them. I was excited in 2002 when they brought them back as most my running injuries knee (ITB) and foot (plantar fasciiitis) went away again while running in the Pegasus. I am an avid runner including training for multiple distances. I am a supinator with a fairly rigid foot. I found these wider in the heel and toe box with not as much support in the mid foot, although i am wearing them i have felt the tightness in my feet coming back. I wish Nike would stop changing these shoes. Might have to search again for another shoe to replace them, disappointed."

"If you have foot problems, this is the shoe for you. I can put them on and feel comfortable. I like the mesh as it is lightweight and I don't have a problem with the shoes being too snug in the toe area which is important with bunions and hammertoes. "I usually do not pick Nike shoes, because they run a bit narrow. This particular shoe is great in a wide, not as wide as other makers but good enough. If you have a tendency to under pronate you will love this shoe. My right foot rolls on the outside of the shoe and I have had a hard time finding a shoe that will correct this.
