"These are the best shoes ever!! They really help with walking with proper posture and I had been on a cane for years with serious joint pain and I am now off the cane 90% of the time. Great for standing and walking, the most comfortable shoes and I almost always wear my Mephisto\'s so this is quite a testimonial. Have joint pain? These shoes are awesome and I now own five pairs!! One thing though. Sizes vary for the different styles, I wear 8 1\/2 on some and 9 on others but not to worry. Zappo\'s makes returns and replacements SO easy and it is all free. Zappo\'s is a great company and these Skechers are for baby boomers like me but also men and women of all ages. My staff at work are all getting them based on my experience and they are so happy. I work in a large Boston hospital and I see docs and nurses in them all the time!! I wrote this review because I highly recommend the Skechers Shape-ups.\r\n\r\nAE Haley"

"This is a great trail shoe! Very light, flexible, and protective. Just the right amount of everything and not too much of anything. It's not a super cushioned shoe, but adequate enough. I've ran on road, dirt trails, rocky trails and event hiked in the Rockies in these and they performed great. Low profile design helps with stability. The medial posting helps if you need some lateral and medial support from ankle rolling. Even though they are low profile, the addition of a rock shield keeps the sharps from poking through."

"We were very disappointed in these shoes. They had been given very positive reviews but when they arrived and son tried them on, it was a no-go. Had to return them. No arch support and felt like you were walking on the ground. Good price, but you get what you pay for."
