"These shoes are awesome! They are well made and provide moderate arch support. I bought them for trail running but now I wear them everywhere because they are so comfortable. They provide great stability and support for my extremely flat feet. However, I did find that they definitely run a full size smaller than marked. Still, I will definitely buy this brand again!"

"Fantastic shoe. Super comfortable and light weight. Wearing these on a few technical trail runs recently and they feel like wearing a light as air comfy slipper, if slippers came with dirt, mud and snow gripping cleats. I can't get myself to lose my feet from underneath me, they get grab the trail and don't let go."

"I had previously had 3 pair of MBT's. They wore terribly each time and they are at least twice the price. I am hard on shoes and am on my feet walking,climbing steps, and standing at least 11hrs a day.In the short period of time (3 weeks) I've had the shape ups,not only do they feel and look great, there is not one sign of wear on my outside heals.I know this may sound like to short of a time frame to tell, but I usually see wear within the 1st week to 10 days whenever I get new shoes.They seem more shock absorbent then the MBT's, though the overall construction may not be as well"

"This is my 4th pair of Merrell shoes. Any other make of shoe rides high on my ankles which causes sore spots and or blisters. Since I walk or hike at least 3 miles almost daily I wear only ventilated shoes. My feet do not heat up in these shoes. They are well worth the money."

"I have worn Merrell sandals for years and now have my second pair of trail walking shoes. The special Q-form construction for women must be the difference because I have so many problems finding comfy shoes and these really work for me. The toebox is just right for comfort without the shoe seeming too big and wide which can be a trip hazard in sport shoes. I did need to go up a half size in this shoe. I live in Hawaii and it is water resistant and easy to keep looking good, better than white tennies, and has great traction for all types of weather."

"I was looking for a good alternative to yax track that provided better durability, security, and higher performance. Microspikes fit the bill. The elastic and stainless steel chains are bomber. I expect them to last many years. The elastic is sticky and the design is such that the things dont come off when in use. No matter how much you flail around, they dont pop off like some others can. They also offer very good traction on low grade terrain. They are also alot lighter than crampons. They can bail up a bit on heavy snow, but this product is exactly what I was looking for when I dont want crampons. They are very easy to get off, and a little more work to put on, but easier than crampons. I recommend them 100%. Sizing wise, I use a medium on mens 9.5-10 summer boots as well as 10.5 leather mountaineering boots. They fit quite well. And a small fits great on womens 8."

"I have to admit that I'm new to the Mock and I've quickly become a Mock fan. I was wearing the same basic shoe (not the Mock) for years because I thought it was right. I FOUND MERRELL SHOES 2 1/2 YRS AGO AT A FANCY STORE IN THE MALL. I HAD UP TO THEN-WORE ONLY NEW BLANCE WALKERS OR JOGGERS W/ ORTHODICS. I HATED NOT EVER LOOKING DRESSED UP OR NOT LOOKING PUT TOGETHER W/THE NEW BALANCE ON- THANKS TO MERRELLS AND [...] I HAVE BOUGHT I THINK 5 PRS OF THESE DIF SHOES FORM MERRELL. I DO NOT HAVE TO WEAR ORTHODICS AT ALL W/ THESE SHOES-AND YOU CAN GET DRESSY ONES ALSO. I'M MORE LAID BACK-LIKE JEANS AND CASUAL CLOTHES.
