"Sweet spikes, both the track and xc ones are great. Don't try to run xc in the track ones. If you step on anything in the arch area you're screwed. o yeah and ron isn't the sharpest tool in the shed if he's calling the's flats. What does "they were very popular" have to do with performance."

For my money, this is the most comfortable shoe that Merrell has ever made, and I think they make the most comfortable shoes in the world. Fit is great, cushioning is great, looks are great. I wish is was available in more colors. I would order them all.
