Other technical specifications include a phylon midsole, new and improved I.P.S. technology, and a diamond shape and extended heel counter that protects even the most vulnerable athlete from a rolled heel. The only difference is that since they are low top, they don't provide as much ankle support as the higher versions, so that heel counter is not as efficient.
