They were part of a regional release, in which each city's version of the Air Jordan 22 (XXII) was only released in that city. The Air Jordan 22 (XXII) was inspired by the F-22 Raptor Strike Fighter. When you look at the F-22 Raptor you see the sharp aerodynamic cuts that can cut through the air like ice. "The Sketchers Shape-ups are similar to the MBT shoes in that they want you to roll your foot as you walk. The MBT was the first to design this type of shoe, and apparently, they're becoming more popular bringing Sketchers and Rebok into the mix. But there's a difference when walking in an MBT and a Sketchers. I have both. And it's hard to tell which is better. But I think the Sketchers design might create a more natural walk because of the heel design. The Sketchers are a little tighter than the MBT shoes for the same size. I will have to try the Sketchers a bit longer to see if walking in them is better than the MBT. But both are good shoes."

"I work 12-15 hours a day on my feet. These shoes with the addition of good inner soles provide me the comfort I need to make it thru each day without having knee, back and foot pain. They are very light and extremely comfortable. They do however develop a squeak after a short time but the comfort outweighs the squeak! Zappo\'s is the only place I can find these in black. Their service is outstanding and I usually have them in my hands and on my feet in 2 or 3 days. Thank-you Zappo\'s!"

"I really like these shoes-these are my 2nd pair! I have narrow feet and while they are still a little wide they are a pretty good fit. Very cushioned and very comfortable. I usually wear an 8 but buy an 8.5 for running shoes."

"Love these shoes! I have a ton of feet problems (plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, etc) and these Nikes are great. My feet don't hurt when I wear them. I wear 'em all day and they make my feet feel great! Plenty of toe room, which I like about the Nikes! I only wear Nike shoes. I'd recommend these shoes to anyone with feet issues! Very comfortable and cushy."
