"the first time i wore them i noticed they were a little too narrow but I'm used to wearing men's shoes so i got used to it quick. but other then that, i feel a major difference in my posture and the way i present myself to people. I'm a bartender so I'm on my feet all night. wearing these my feet hurt a lot less then with my other work shoes. I've only had them for one week but i notice the difference already. "I ordered this shoe in a size 8.5 wide and loved it so much I ordered another pair in a different color. Normally I wear a size 8 regular, but the 8.5 wide was actually snug. They didn't have the wide in the other color I wanted, so I had to get the regular width and it's to small, so I'm going to try and exchange them for a 9 and see what happens. I've never worn a 9 in any shoe in my life. Other then that, I love them. They are extremely comfy on the bottom of my feet when standing or walking for long periods of time. "I purchased these to see about all the hype. They really do give your legs an extra workout with each step. If you consciously walk the way it is explained in the video. Yes, these shoes come with a video! The shape of the shoe itself causes you to keep your balance. You will wobble a lot which is part of its job to keep your legs working all the time. If you have balance issues this shoe is not for you. I have almost fallen backwards several times! If you walk up a hill you will get a tremendous workout! Better stretch out after taking these babies off!"

"Weird but it works - These shoes are a little weird looking, but are very comfortable. The split toe takes a little getting used to, but is actually quite comfortable. This shoes is very light weight, and provides ample support for the 3 to 4 mile walks that I take daily with my dogs."
