"I purchased these to see about all the hype. They really do give your legs an extra workout with each step. If you consciously walk the way it is explained in the video. Yes, these shoes come with a video! The shape of the shoe itself causes you to keep your balance. You will wobble a lot which is part of its job to keep your legs working all the time. If you have balance issues this shoe is not for you. I have almost fallen backwards several times! If you walk up a hill you will get a tremendous workout! Better stretch out after taking these babies off!"
