"They're perfect for this beginning runner! These are the first running shoes I have ever bought, and so far I've run about 40 miles in them. They are extremely comfortable, with excellent cushioning and arch support. They breathe very well, and grip perfectly on road/sidewalk surfaces of all types. They are a fairly bulky looking shoe, but running isn't about fashion! I recommend the gray color: I've run around a wet park and a dusty trail, and they still look perfectly clean. Running is not always comfortable for beginners, but at least you won't have to worry about your feet!"

"As mentioned elsewhere these sneakers run very narrow, so wider feet people beware. Nice and light, very breathable mesh uppers if thats the pair you choose. Air bag in heel is super responsive and comfortable when running. An all around good running or summer casual sneaker."
