"I am a person who does nt particularly like wearing shoes of any kind, but of course they are a necessity. These sketchers are my shoe of choice for the colder months in NY. They are made solid and comfortable and have withstood, snow and salt conditions in the dead of winter. If the snow is less than 2 inches I'll opt for my sketchers instead of boots. "Very comfortable shoes. I use them for walking, very lightweight, bouncy feel. Wide in front and narrower in the back (heel) which is great for my feet. Not crazy about the rather large shiny Nike sign, but otherwise ok design."

"They're perfect for this beginning runner! These are the first running shoes I have ever bought, and so far I've run about 40 miles in them. They are extremely comfortable, with excellent cushioning and arch support. They breathe very well, and grip perfectly on road/sidewalk surfaces of all types. They are a fairly bulky looking shoe, but running isn't about fashion! I recommend the gray color: I've run around a wet park and a dusty trail, and they still look perfectly clean. Running is not always comfortable for beginners, but at least you won't have to worry about your feet!"

"Roomy, pretty, comfortable. The workmanship is good; they're very comfortable out of the box, no pinching or blisters. I walk in them for long periods of time and they greatly reduced the leg and foot pain I have had in the evening and morning. Their light weight is good, the mesh areas around the toe part are very light so there's good air circulation but they might not be great for wet conditions."
