"Several days ago, I received a pair of Nike Air Max Turnaround Lows in white/obsidian/red. About 1 hour after I put them on, I became so impressed with the way they felt that I wanted another pair in black. While the white is absolutely perfect with my blue jeans, I prefer the black pair with black, or khaki slacks or jeans. It makes them just a bit dressier, while enabling me to continue to wear a very cool pair of basketball shoes. Not withstanding, the black pair felt just as comfortable as my original white pair. They may be great for basketball, but they are not just for the sport. Great for day to day wear, too."

"My friend had these shoes in a size and a half larger then mine. I tried them on and they were very comfortable. I bought a pair in a half size down as they run big. These shoes are tricky though. If you have skinny legs like i do then they will irritate your legs like boots do. The tongue was the thing that bugged me as it was very long. It was hard to wear them with jeans unless you get skinny ones to show them off."

I have a relatively narrow heel and have never had trouble with slipage and still have plenty of space in the toe box. Good cushion and fit. "Excellent shoe for man or woman... First off just like to say that I m a man, not a woman but I was unable to find these shoes anywhere outside of the UK for men. I had to wait a good while for a pair to become available in a size large enough for my feet. Size 13 womens/11 mens was still a tight fit though. First off they look gorgeous; they have a very unique look with the split toe design. You'll be getting a lot of looks at your shoes should you buy these and even more questions on where you purchased them. I gave comfort 4 stars instead of 5 simply because it took a while for my feet to shape the shoe. Once it was worn in a bit it was like I was not wearing any shoes at all (in a good way mind you). Very light, incredibly comfortable and they are very easy to adjust to your own comfort level with the straps on the back and front. It may seem strange at first with the split toe design but once you actually have them on you ll wonder why more of this type of shoe aren t around. It makes the shoe incredibly comfortable. Don t expect to be wearing socks (there are places where you can purchase socks for this shoe but I think no socks is the better way to go). Overall, yes I m a man and I bought women s shoes; they are a very nice shoe for a man or a woman. If you re a guy and want a pair of these just buy the women s size two sizes above your own and you re good to go. If you re feet are larger then size 12 then you might be out of luck."

"These are very comfortable. Took a few times wearing them to get used to the separate toe compartment, and then it was not noticeable so much. My query is "Why?" They could have made this shoe more comfortable by not doing that! Well, I have them in a dark plum color and really like the shade. These shoes do make my feet sweaty and if I wear them all day I end up with stink-foot. On the measuring side, I think they are pretty true to size. I love the adjustable straps across the top and back and that fact that they are cushy for a full, active day! I also get many comments on them everywhere I go."
