"I normally wear 7.5 size shoes but because these are for outdoor uses so I ordered them in size 8 and they were too long and too roomy. I immediately call the customer services and let them know I wished to exchange these for 7 1/2. The new shoes arrived at my front door the next day! They fit wonderful. I tried to walk with them on the carpet for about half an hour and my feet didn't complain. Good arch support. Very comfortable. I then went out for a 1/2 mile walk and my feet felt happy, very happy with it. I ordered it in purple and because with grey, these shoes are so good with blue jean and other colors too. They have nice look for informal wear. These shoes will be very COOL to walk during the hot summer months. For those who have flat feet and small heels might want to order these shoes half size smaller. These shoes are "roomy" from end to end, especially the heels. It fits my feet nicely because I have "round" feet. Zappos' services are SUPERIOR and is the BEST place to shop!"

"I ordered these shoes on a Saturday and they were delivered on Monday... can t beat it and it s free. When someone tells me I m crazy to buy shoes online, I tell them they re crazy to drive all the way to the mall and put up with all the annoying people there. Zappos makes it easy. Anyway... the shoes... like them a lot. They are super comfortable. Plenty of width in the toes which I like and nice cushioning. They re a tiny bit large, but not so much as to be a problem... I think they run true to size, but I ordered a 1/2 size large. I ve only gone for a couple walks in them so far, but they feel great. I really like the way they look, too."

"I\'m not sure why these shoes received poor reviews, I\'m here to set the story straight.\r\n\r\nThese are excellent tennis shoes. I wear a 10.5 in nike running shoes, but had to wear an 11 in these and I probably could have gone up another half size. These shoes do require a break in period of about 2 weeks; more/less depending on your time on the court. These shoes are stiff out of the box, but don\'t worry, they will fit like a dream once broken in. Arch support is adequate, but it could be better. However, I have a high arch, so there are hardly any shoes that provide enough arch support for me. These shoes provide great durability for everyone but the most severe toe draggers. I would recommend these shoes to anyone and will buy another pair when the time comes."

"Have only used these on a few quick 3 or 4 mile runs. Very comfortable, if anything I would have ordered a half size larger. Either way, still a great running shoe for a heavy stepper like me. The color is slightly different from the picture. I ordered the black/grey/green version and the green is closer to neon green than the pale green pictured. If I cared about the color instead of how well the shoes work for me, I would return them."

"Weird but it works - These shoes are a little weird looking, but are very comfortable. The split toe takes a little getting used to, but is actually quite comfortable. This shoes is very light weight, and provides ample support for the 3 to 4 mile walks that I take daily with my dogs."
