My advice is to follow the sizing chart on the La Sportiva company website. The shoe is true to their size chart, which is a bit different then some other charts."

"Trust The Reviews On Comfort!! I spent a day looking for the right pair of Nike s and I read all the reviews. This pair of shoes had everyone mentioning how comfortable they are... OMG BELIEVE IT!! I opened the box and wasn t crazy about the silver color and my first thought was to send them back. Then I put one on. I didn t have to take a step to know I love these shoes. "good shoe they look real good with everything i wouldnt wear them for basketball but if u wanna look good when ur going out put these on stay away from dirt or grass they get dirty easily and they are real comfertable they kinda run big tho i wear a 15 nd i got a 15 nd they wear kinda heavy and floppy i go down a size or a half if i was buyin these"

"Hard, inflexible, no arch support - These had a hard shell upper that cut into my foot. They felt really solid on the court, but the inflexibility meant that I couldn't feel the court or move like I was used to in cross trainers. However the lack of arch support was the deal breaker for me. The footbed was hard and didn't flex, so my feet started cramping and getting shoe on the arch. I ended up returning these and getting a pair of ASICS Gel-Resolution instead. Those Asics are fantastic just like all their running shoes."

"Shoes look and feel great. They are comfortable to do an type of cardio including running, and have just enough support for lifting weights. I have had the shoes for a little over 3 months now and the mesh is wearing through. They are however, the most comfortable workout shoues I have ever owned. I would buy these shoes again."
