I find these the MOST stable trail shoes Ive ever owned. I have narrow feet and I pronate so its tough to find a shoe that is narrow enough for me yet stable enough. This shoe fit like a glove with absolutely no break in period. I have trouble with shoes too tight across my metatarsals, but these shoes give me no problem. They are very flexible, yet supportive and comfortable. I can wear them 10 hours a day with no discomfort. I have bought one in every color!!

"I love my Merrell\'s. This is my second pair of the Siren Ventilator. I typically wear a 9 or 9.5. I ordered a 9.5 and they fit great! At first I only wore them hiking or camping, but found myself reaching for them for everyday use - they are that comfortable, thus the reason I wanted to have another pair. Another plus for us women who have big feet is that the shoe actually makes my foot look smaller, but has plenty of room for your toes. "Fantastic Shoe! I am a big guy who had foot surgery last February. I needed a shoe with a wide toe box and good support for hiking trails and general winter use. I originally purchased in a 10.5 (my normal size) but I had to exchange for an 11 because they were just too tight in width. Of course exchange is a breeze with Zappos. There is a noticeable difference in width at the next size up. The leather is very soft and holds its color great. I have high arches and these are very easy for me to get into. I also use orthotics and they work great in this shoe. We had our first accumulating snow the other day and they keep my feet warm and dry. If you are looking for a comfortable supportive hiking and general use shoe this is a great buy. They are a bit expensive but I have found that when looking for quality shoes you generally get what you pay for. I personally like the looks. I think Keens are one of those brands that you either like the look or you hate it. I purchased a pair of Newport sandals a few months earlier. It was their quality that led me to purchase this shoe. I hope to buy a dressier Keen shoe sometime in the near future."

"Weird but it works - These shoes are a little weird looking, but are very comfortable. The split toe takes a little getting used to, but is actually quite comfortable. This shoes is very light weight, and provides ample support for the 3 to 4 mile walks that I take daily with my dogs."
